If you are also installing and using Instant Site Machine, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions.

The following User Agreement governs the use of the Instant Site Machine (software) and instantsitemachine.com Website. Please read the rules contained in this Agreement carefully. Your use of our products, services, and website will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules. If you cannot agree with these rules, please do not use our services. Continued access of the Service and Website by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement. 

Use of our services/products by you
All distributed software/files/products by Instant Site Machine remain property of Instant Site Machine. Limited usage rights are granted to purchasing customers, who are entitled to using them on a single domain per license if SINGLE DOMAIN version was purchased. UNLIMITED DOMAIN version users can run the script on unlimited domains owned by the user. You are strictly prohibited to redistributing Instant Site Machine files for free or at a cost unless otherwise stated.

Reverse engineering of encoded product files
The techniques, data structures, and all information pertaining to the production and structure of encoded files, including all processes associated with the execution of encoded files are and shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Instant Site Machine. No rights to this information is given or implied on transference of encoded files to yourself. 

Selling Sites Created by Instant Site Machine
You may sell sites created by Instant Site Machine $30 per site. I will remove all references to Instant Site Machine and give you a new copy of Instant Site Machine for your customer's domain. Please submit your requests to greenlotusleaves@gmail.com

Disclaimer of Warranty
The software and the accompanying files are sold "As Is" and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warrantied whether expressed or implied.

Instant Site Machine does not monitor the sites powered by the Software. Instant Site Machine is not liable for the content of sites powered by the Software.

Instant Site Machine cannot be held responsible and accepts no liability for any failure in transmission by you and where for whatever reason your transmission is corrupted fails to arrive or arrives after an undue delay or is received in an unintelligible form.

You must assume the entire risk of using the Software. ANY LIABILITY OF Instant Site Machine WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

In no event will Instant Site Machine be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, loss of data or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use such Software, even if Instant Site Machine has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
